I made a website that lets you use my referral list to apply to 30+ European tech companies and fully remote roles (you can see the company list at referralsradar.com).

9 months ago, I was looking for a job, and when I applied directly through company sites, my resume was ignored. But when I started applying through referrals, I almost always got a 1st interview.

I’ve put together a list of contacts (with their consent) from 30+ European companies who are ready to refer you (recommend your resume).

And no, they’re not obliged and won’t refer everyone. If they feel you don’t meet the requirements, they’ll let you know and won’t make a referral.
