Wow: nice read! @EstebanJO But at the same time, it is scary to read this as a young woman 😔. It is disheartening to see companies acting like we don't have babies to bring to life/children to take care of.
You went through so much pain and I am glad to see that at least it paid at the end!
Just submitted the link, Im not Tracy Young. But I think its an important piece that highlights that things really are different, and society and individuals still arent that comfortable with really basic things like pregnancy and maternity leave. I hope we can move things into a better place. Fixing the gender imbalance in tech should really help for a start.
