Refreshed my Contract Only Jobs Site

I spent some more time tweaking JustContractJobs, my IT Contract Jobs only job board.

I had been pulling in 1099 jobs from Indeed before but it just made the site look unauthentic. I removed those, then decided to spend some time poking around the web for agencies advertising their openings directly, outside of job boards. My thinking was that even if this is technically "duplicate content" it's actually doing these agencies a favor by getting more eyeballs on their job openings.

I'm planning to keep adding and removing listings each day to keep the site fresh. Obviously, the end goal is to just have employers post their own jobs, but it's a bit of a chicken vs egg problem, as they won't post until we have eyeballs, but we won't have eyeballs until they post.

From a marketing perspective, I'm trying to optimize for search terms. Oddly, one of the highest traffic search terms in this space is W9 vs 1099. As many of you likely already know, these forms are not really related, and people are probably trying to determine the difference between a W2 and 1099 position. I'm probably going to add another article that answers that question, too, then link to it from this article.
