Giving about the home page strictly speaking, I took me a few minutes to understand what you offer. The confusion came around the verification piece. I think the words that tripped me are "employment letter". It's not super common for people to come out a job with such letter. Most of the time, they'll just provide references (name and contact info) on demand.
Also, while validating employment is important, the main reason for calling past references it to get feedback from them on the candidate. Maybe you could add a few standard questions when you place the call, and include the answers on the page.
Last, how can employers trust that a page from Verified.so contains validated info? It could be good to add that somewhere.

Thanks for the comment. I understand that "employment letter" is not super common, but its pretty well known practice, either you get a reference contact number or a letter from company.
Also, If you have contact number as reference, it shouldn't be big deal to get a letter from that person or company.
Why I ask for employment letter ?
It is basically verification point between employee and employer. If you provide a contact number, you can give your friend number and easily fake the system. But if you provide stamped-signed employment letter and system will extract contact information from that document , this is a different story.
Because now you don't provide a number to call, system gets contact information from a stamped document. This also answers the last question I believe.
