Relaunching Grant Hustle after our payment system crashed on launch day

We launched Grant Hustle a few weeks ago - a grant matching tool for nonprofits and small businesses at $27.99/month (vs Instrumentl's $179/month).

Day 1: Traffic spiked and our Stripe checkout completely died. People couldn't subscribe.

Instead of just patching it, we:

• Rebuilt the entire payment flow with Supabase Edge Functions

• Added features our competitors don't have (400+ fiscal sponsor database, AI LOI generator)

• Created better error handling for scale

Now we're relaunching with lifetime discount codes:

• FIRSTTEN: 90% off for first 10 people

• LAUNCH40: 70% off for next 40

• FIRSTMONTH: $9.99 first month for everyone else

Built for nonprofits, artists, and solopreneurs who can't afford enterprise tools.
