Release of v1

After 6 weeks of development, v0.0.1 is finally ready. Siloed lets you create data repositories from excel, CSV and parquet files that you query in plain-text english which can then be shared with other members. Useful for

- Data Exploration

- Converting reports that are hard to read into a format that can be queried in english for non-technical members of your org

- Letting clients explore your data in a controlled environment

Siloed ships with RBAC out of the box, so you can grant different levels of access to data silos depending on your needs. Still very much a work in progress, so any feedback is welcome.
