Releasing paid Apple apps - tax forms for UK-based company

I submitted my paid app for review to Apple and got a 👍 yesterday ✨

Turns out, I have to fill out some forms under the "Agreements, Tax & Banking" section in AppStore connect before my app can be released to the AppStore.

I am having to fill U.S. Tax Forms and have some questions about Substitute Form W-8BEN-E.

Specifically, I am looking for guidance around "Claim of Tax Treaty Benefits". Searching for this on Google tells me that there is an "Article 12" that should help.

Is there anyone here who went through this recently and can point me to perhaps a blog post that helps me do this? TYVM 🙏
