Remember LimeWire? They're making a comeback but not how you'd think.

LimeWire used to be the best place to pirate music back in the day. I remember watching music videos on TV and writing down the names of songs to later download off LimeWire. With the occasional random clip of Bill Clinton emphatically proclaiming "I did not have sexual relations with that woman!".

Well now they're the next company entering the NFT space. Claiming "we aim to give artists the opportunity to monetize their work in a secure, easily accessible environment with fair compensation."

Interesting play, they already have the legacy brand recognition. It will be interesting to see if they can transition successfully from pirating to NFT.
