Reminder Bot - Can I get help with a sign up issue?

Would I be able to reach out and get some help to diagnose an issue with my onboarding? It seems as though when people sign up via Google I have a large number of people dropping off for no apparent reason.

Can I get help from people by clicking the Google Chat link here and letting me know if you're getting any warnings/errors/etc? I'm currently not able to see errors on Google's domain and therefore am quite blind to diagnose any issues.
