[Remote] 📹🎬 Animation/Video maker for Sports blog (Co-founder or other roles)

I am looking for someone who knows how to make short animation videos to complement a sports blog. As to the role, it would be co-founder or a different role. That will be decided upon our meetings.
The blog is already running and there is a vision for the project already. So basically, what needs to be defined are the specifics.

What style type of video animation are you looking to create? Cartoon 2D, flat motion design, stock recorded videos, whiteboard animations etc?

I just looked at your website and it seems like a possible solution in case I have to do it myself. I would have to experience to understand how much time I would take to make an animation and how good it would look.
Do you have any idea how much would take to create a 2-minute video?
Once the sprites are created, they are very easy to make. I usually produce a 20 second animation in a few minutes.
Having said that, your case is a little different (longer running time and probably not the gif format currently supported). I can work with you on understanding what exactly you want (an example product) then create it myself. This will help me understand users and product / market fit. Once I have removed the kinks etc, I can create the image libraries etc so that you should be able to do it yourself. Again, no need for money or equity as my project is still at a product-market fit stage.
