[remote work coaching] What would be most accurate user journey in that case?
Hi Guys!
I know some of you will have very good suggestions on this.
so together with my best friend and business partner, we coach remote teams and their managers. Many different areas coming down to the main goal -reaching the highest potential together with fulfilling life-work balance.
Long story short, we've created an online course in polish (preparing for global activity). In Poland, we've made it quite decently :)
We have 2 landing pages - for managers & for remote team members.
Imagine you're the member of a remote team. You click an ad or find accidentally our landing page. You resonate with copy and you're like 'ok, they know what they're doing and actually the course is solving our problems'.
.... So what is your next step?
We're thinking about motivating visitor to show proactivity, prove themselves and propose the course to the manager. Making them the heroes. Maybe simply having CTA that enables them to send already prepared mail.

as I know many people who have struggled with remote work, I think this is a great idea with good timing. Until recently I was CTO / engineering manager in a startup and people would usually bring up topics like this in 1-on-1s or in a retrospective and then send a link as a follow up.
I'd be interested to read the english version of this, once you start translating the content. I know that people often struggle with remote work when only part of the team is remote and had to manage that kind of situation myself. Would be interested to hear your take on this.
