Remote workers: what's your biggest struggle?

Depends on the location, timezone usually is the biggest issue, when you are on EST and team is on IST.

Reminding people that I exist. When working in the US and going into the office, people see me and there's more community events to attend. While abroad, that isn't the case due to out of sight, out of mind.

My loudspeakers aren't loud enough.

Seriously, though - it's the exchanges, catchups, introductions and observations that sometimes happen in the office that I miss occasionally.

ps Just kidding, my loudspeakers are fine.

It's hard to get out of work, I haven't managed to get out of work in 15 years ;)
