Renamed my project to themakerswalk, thanks everyone!

Hi indiehackers,

a few days ago I asked for help on IH to rename my tool for indie hackers:

https://www.indiehackers.com/post/help-me-re-name-my-indiehacking-project-5034d148dc

This turned out to be very wise, since

  • you guys had a lot of great ideas
  • I had an actual god damn typo in my old domain

The purpose of this post is mostly to thank all the people who suggested, improved, criticized, brainstormed and discussed in the comment section of that post above. Appreciate it!

Soo...the grand reveal:

The new domain is now:

https://themakerswalk.website

Owing to the great suggestions from you guys I went for maker instead of entrepreneur. Also I went more for a storytelling approach, a little bit less literal, a little more brand.

SEO is not my main focus right now, but there is not much for this word combination out there in my niche either, so I think there will be good chances on that front in the future.

Yes, I know, it's still a weird .website domain, but that's just because I am still a cheap bastard ;)

So, yeah,

thank you!

...and please keep sharing your ideas, tools and ways of thinking about domains, I sure learned a lot.
