Renaming Finclout->Eigen

Hey IH,

Finclout is a content-sharing site that has pretty much everything.

1. Markdown mode
2. Easy video/image integration
3. No competition with other creators
4. Bookmarks
5. Easy search
6. Analytics
7. Incentivized moderation/curation
8. Onsite revenue-share monetization that does not rely on ads

Yet despite this, I feel that "finclout" is not resonating in the right way.
I got good responses from a target group for the name "Eigen".

Mainly

1. Eigen means ownership in German. And ownership defines Web3
2. Eigen refers to bringing back online social to actually connect with people based on one's own personal goals.
3. Eigenvalue is a term that is used in the AI that the app is using heavily for content tagging and categorization.
