Rental Unit management web app
Hey all,
I have been bouncing around sites like Biggerpockets and various YouTube channels and it looks like a lot of a people are trying to break into real estate investment. I have noticed a number of service providers in the arena namely cozy.co and tenantcloud. I have also noticed they don't charge customers directly so I am curious if there would be a market for a model the charges landlords directly to provide more transparent pricing and to provide stability that the site will continue to exist in future.
There are a lot of solutions out there, but nothing that works for me.
Do you have specific complaints? My goal is to greatly simplify the process, login or have an active session and as a tenant a button to contact to landlord and a button to pay rent with bookkeeping hidden in a menu for if you need to check some history.
The landlord side of things will be more complex but the goal is to have it follow the simplicity of the tenant side.
