ReplyIQ — AI that responds to customer inquiries so your business never goes silent
Stage: Live MVP | Pricing: ₦15,000 one-time setup | Stack: Next.js 15, Cloudflare Workers AI, Supabase
Businesses lose customers every day because they can't reply fast enough.
A customer sends a DM at 11pm — "is this available?" or "how much?"
Nobody replies until morning.
Customer is gone. Sale is gone. Business doesn't even know.
This happens constantly for small businesses, online vendors, creators, consultants, and agencies that run on DMs and inquiries. The bottleneck isn't effort. It's availability.
ReplyIQ is an AI customer communication platform that learns your specific business and handles customer inquiries automatically — 24/7.
Not a generic chatbot. Not a template bot. An AI trained around your products, services, FAQs, pricing, and tone of voice — so it actually sounds like you.
It:
Answers customer questions instantly, in your brand's voice
Qualifies leads based on intent
Captures serious buyers before they bounce
Escalates high-intent customers to WhatsApp or email automatically
Keeps your business available even when you're offline
Two deployment options:
Embeddable website widget
Standalone AI chat page (perfect for TikTok bio, Instagram bio, WhatsApp profile)
₦15,000 one-time setup fee
Includes full AI setup, business personalization, standalone chat page, website widget, and WhatsApp/email handoff.
No monthly subscription. Pay once, run forever.

What's the biggest friction point you see with AI tools targeting non-tech business owners?
The biggest friction point is probably not AI trust in general. It is business-owner trust at the exact moment they imagine the AI talking to a real customer.
For non-tech owners, the fear is simple: “What if it gives the wrong answer and I lose the customer?”
So I’d be careful selling ReplyIQ as broad AI customer communication first. The sharper early angle is probably missed-sale recovery: customers ask price, availability, booking, or service questions when the owner is offline, and ReplyIQ keeps the conversation alive until a human can step in.
That makes the product feel less like replacing the owner and more like protecting the lead.
I’d also make the first outreach test very narrow. One type of business, one painful inquiry pattern, one clear promise.
Happy to put a tighter version in writing if useful. The main thing I’d map is the first customer segment, outreach angle, demo framing, and what would make non-tech owners feel safe enough to try it.
Thanks for the feedback and we will duly take note of this
Makes sense.
The part I'd keep an eye on is that the first segment decision tends to influence a lot more than customer acquisition.
