Is there a matket in the curated or personlised tech-hiring space?

I am thinking to start a consulting business around technical hiring ie. software engineers. Later turn it into a more automated SaaS

Is this idea worth pursuing?
If this existed, would you potentially consider hiring an agency for the same?
