I've been meaning to branch out with my content creation to video, so going back through old blog posts and turning that content into video.
Here's my first go at it - would love to hear your feedback 😬
repurposing articles is great
you can always turn an article into a podcast, a video, a lead magnet, a checklist - whatever
I miss some visuals / key notes in the video - they help stay focused and digest better :)
Thanks - will add some in 👍
This works - The process of making a good video starts with writing the script. So if you have a good story, good blog post, good essay it would make a good youtube video.
I do it for some of the best stories on my website, which are simple conversations, fictional and non-fictional.
Like this one got 400 views: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-lgrUZZ37lc
This is a great idea! Coincidentally, it's also one of the SEO strategies Brian Dean of Backlinko suggested :)
Love the idea,
I think I will try to do something similar but shorter using storycreator by @storycreator
Love it :)
I've experimented with this. Except for YouTube, I inlined the video inside the blog post.
It's a great way to add contextual video memes with a sprinkle of education. An example video could look like this https://www.instagram.com/p/CB3crDbHRnt/
That's pretty interesting idea! Maybe will try it also!
Excellent idea, I believe it should take a while to get some traction there, just like blog posts!
Your audio was a bit low, at least from my phone it was. Keep that in mind for the next video ✌
I think this is a brilliant idea! It's a great way to get content out in different formats which will appeal to a variety of personas. It's even recommended by marketing experts - @olly shared this advice in the First 100 users course I attended with him.
Keep it up @mattcrail 👍
Thanks everyone for the feedback and checking out the video - I'm going to rerecord it so the audio is better, and make it more visual trying out @storycreator 🔥
