Request for Startup: Synthetic Text Data as a Service

With all of the advances in generative AI, there are shockingly few startups out there that are building synthetic data as a service for text instead of images. Plenty of image synthetic data as a service companies exist, but I've only found 1 in the text realm (https://gretel.ai/). I wish there were more companies to choose from and maybe an Indie Hacker here will be inspired?
