Requesting feedback on my brand new website: Clout Homepage

My name is Chris. I've been reading Indie Hackers for a while now, but this is my first time posting. This community is very inspiring! I'd like to share my first "launch".

In an effort to learn computer programming and web design, I've created a novelty site of sorts: https://clouthomepage.com

I'd appreciate any feedback, and I have a few questions for you all:

1. Is it clear how the site works?
2. What do you all predict will happen? I'll consider this experiment a success if it ends up covering the cost of the domain name ($7).
3. Has anyone here gone through the IPO process to have a publicly traded company? I'd like to get this website on the NASDAQ with the ticker "CLOUT" ;)
