Hey everyone. My friend and I are building a client portal.
It's a simple interface between you and the client. It targets solo professionals and small teams, of up to 5-7 people.
Onboard, do the job, offboard.
Allows you to onboard, collaborate, and deliver with one link (and platform) instead of many emails.
(and of course, to provide an extra touch to your clients as a solo professional)
Ideally, our users would be coaches, writers, marketing specialists, designers, developers (?!)... But of course, we're still casting a wider net.
We're approaching MVP (see the pic, we hired a UI/UX designer to polish our flow a bit and to do a bit of branding... WIP) but we'd need community help to research habits a bit.
Like...
How do you handle clients right now / onboarding, exchanging deliverables, inspiration files, briefs, guidelines? Process-wise.
What tools do you use for that?
Do you see any need for reduced complexity (and subsequentally reduced tool pricing)?
What would prevent you from trying out new client management tools?
And of course, any other blind spot / line of thought is more than welcome.
Thanks. I'll share the link as soon as we are able to host many users at once... And provide meaningful beta experience. :)
//
p.s. If anyone's interested nonetheless in trying the portal out in this phase, perhaps jumping on a quick 15-min call to share feedback and wishes...
We could provide 5-10 accounts at the moment for testing purposes. For free, of course.
Just leave me a note.
