I've launched cryptocareers.dev, a hiring community for web3 developers, 2 months ago. Our mission is to connect developers & startups to help build web3.
It works like a reverse job board. Companies apply to developers, not the other way around.
Since starting we signed up about 70 developers and 4 companies who are actively hiring
