Review My Relaunched SaaS

So, a few months ago I realized my previous direction for LandingDoc is not going to work. After trying to reach out to marketing positions on LinkedIn, I realized people just don't appreciate analytics to pay for it that much.

Initially the platform was designed to get analytics from PDFs. This was cool but after many many discussions, this wasn't the killer app I thought it was. Moreover linkedIn ADs supports PDF lead generation with a single click with analytics, though extremely highly priced.

I still wanted to compete in an existing market so I made a few changes. The main one is to concentrate on Lead Generation.

  1. Free tier and very cheap pricing compared to LinkedIn.
  2. Concentrate on social comments link sharing. Integral editing of link preview title and description editing. If the demand will be high we can add Image previews.
  3. Lead generation from "Lead Magnets" as the main marketing pitch.
  4. Email automation integrations.
  5. I still kept the advanced analytics and it is now free for all tiers.
  6. No additional resources needed: no landing pages, no thank you redirects and then look for your email, etc... everything should be done inside the link.

The marketing segments are supposed to be:

  1. Mainly small marketing agencies.
  2. Long tail like: Indie hackers like us, small startups, etc...

How would I go about pushing the platform?
I am not a marketing guy, but (hopefully still) an indie hacker.
