Review our new therapy marketplace, Airapy!

Great concept! Was just looking at your therapist recruitment page: https://airapy.io/benefits
The initial value prop was confusing to me, but I got the a-ha moment from the ditch the office section after scrolling down. Might consider leading with that text because "so you don’t need to rent a private space to see patients." makes it much more clear why "walk and talk" would be nice for a therapist. In general I think the three sections you have below the virtual session are stronger value prop so you may want to bring them up closer.
You really did great job. I have read the full review of therapy marketplace. However, I have seen many blogs like this https://www.gearsireview.com/ that helps with same intent by proving the product reviews.
Hey Rach,
Landing page is looking good. Things that I would want to see before signing up to feel confident would be:
Hope that helps :). When are you planning to launch?.
Best Wishes
Soph
If you searched for Philadelphia, PA and saw some results, it might make more sense: https://airapy.io/therapists?filters[location]=39.9525839,-75.1652215&filters[location_label]=Philadelphia, PA
It's a marketplace. Therapists have different rates, you can see their licenses. We are different from Talkspace, BetterHelp, etc.. because each therapist is running their own independent practice and has full autonomy. But I'm not sure that matters, from a patient's perspective. We are setting up some landing pages that will be linked at the footer like "See Anxiety therapists in Philadelphia, NYC, etc.." so it will take you to landing pages with lists of appropriate therapists for different issues. Do you think that would help? Or maybe a button that says "View the marketplace" or "See available therapists"
Unlike Talkspace, you can choose your own therapist. Talkspace only gives you 3 to choose from. Maybe that would be a selling point?
Really great stuff, congrats!
Very nice! (edit: Also, going to refer a relative since you're looking for therapists to recruit)
Thank you!!!!
Really like the design! Are you reaching out to therapists on yelp? They are probably doing everything virtually anyways rn
Great idea! I haven't tried Yelp. Focusing on LinkedIn right now. It takes forever but it's free.
I mean it's free because my tactic is just connecting with therapists and then messaging them after they accept my request.
Hey everyone! I meant to explain that we are looking for feedback on the homepage and the therapist landing page: airapy.io/benefits
We are looking to onboard 100 therapists before marketing to patients. We are also looking for testers to review the signup process and test out the videochat! We are 100% bootstrapped so we appreciate any help the IH community can give us. Thanks! ~Rachel & Alfie

Hi @heylorenzut,
Thanks for your comments. We're glad you like what we're building!
Regarding HIPAA, Airapy runs entirely on AWS. We have signed a BAA with Amazon which protects health information (PHI) and honors HIPPA regulation. They have an useful whitepaper explaining how to architect for HIPAA security and compliance: https://d1.awsstatic.com/whitepapers/compliance/AWS_HIPAA_Compliance_Whitepaper.pdf
HIPAA requires PHI data to be encrypted both at rest and in transit. This means that stored patient related data needs to be encrypted (no plain data in DB, cache, logs, etc). Also this data needs to be transmitted through an encrypted protocol.
Also you have to control the access to PHI data. It's required to track/log who and when someone access this information.
And regarding the videochat, we're using WebRTC. This technology allows establishing encrypted direct communication between both therapist and patient. Airapy just acts as a broker for establishing the call.
