Hello everyone!
Today, I want to share a couple of tips regarding how to acquire more reviews for your product or service.
This is very important because (as you may already know) almost everyone reads reviews of a certain product/service before making a purchase. The worse the reviews are, the higher the chance someone won't make a purchase, and vice versa.
Also, if you don't even have reviews, you'll probably come off as either inexperienced or suspicious, or may even completely go "under the customer's radar".
But not immediately. Your communication with customers should seem natural and not forced.
When it comes to leaving a review, if it takes too long or if it's too complicated (which there are literally 0 reasons for it to be), many customers will be discouraged to do so.
You need to make sure that the process goes smoothly and without any bumps.
This practice does at least two things for you. First of all, it helps your social proof reach more people, and second of all, it is a sign of gratitude towards the customer who has left a review.
That customer may feel good about it, but what's more is that the potential customers who haven't left a review already, may feel motivated enough to write one now, because of how you treat them.
This is only a part of a larger article on how to get more (good) reviews. If you're interested in this topic (and as a business owner, you definitely should be), you can read more about it here - https://www.justlikeapi.io/blog/product-reviews
