Reviving a 'dead' platform with no business model (yet) 😮

Hello guys!
First of all, I wanted to say that I didn't know about this website until yesterday, and I'm thrilled about all the awesome people that posts here, and the information you all share.

In summary, I've developed a platform intended for musicians to find other musicians (RincondelMusico.com).
I was motivated to build it after seeing that my father and brother were struggling hard to find musicians for their respective bands, and thought that it would be awesome to be able to connect musicians like this.

I built it in +6 months and was pretty happy with the result. But didn't realize a few things that make this something non-viable to maintain:

1 - In order to reach out to people, I need to put a lot of money and time into marketing.
2 - I haven't built a business model around it.
Yeah, the idea inspires me a lot and I would love to make it work, but I need to make money from it somehow, AT LEAST to maintain it.

After realizing this, I released the first version and stopped working on it. Now it's just a beautiful piece of my portfolio. Nothing else.

So yeah.. Lately I've been thinking about building a new product, but remembered about this site...
Maybe I actually could build a business around it..

What do you guys think?
Do you see any business potential in a site like this?
Should I keep trying to grow it, or just forget about it and move to a new product?
