Ahoy everyone and welcome to another report on RewoHubs progress.
In this iteration, I've made a surprise discovery. I wanted to use the Meeting app to watch my dogs while I'm walking to the store to see what they are doing. As soon as WIFI dropped and my carrier took over, the connection dropped. I realized that this is due RewoHub missing a TURN server. You live and you learn. Enabling RewoHub's Meeting app to work across networks will be my #1 priority this iteration.
What would a backlog be without editable cards? So here they are!

A small change but a welcome one. It is way easier to find RewoHub now in the tabs of a browser.

Yeah, found out that RewoHub needs to host a TURN server. This discovery was bitter. I thought for quite a while that this worked.
Done and deployed, love the API
Not only is the issue fixed but also the design got updated with the new branding colors.

A unified way to display error messages gives the page a more coherent feel.

Fixed together with " ✅ Streamline the error messages across the web app".
This one was more than I bargained for. This one included some architectural changes for the DB models. I'm happy with the results though.
This one fell victim to scope shaving. I rather did implement another feature.
Up next are the following tasks
👉 Enable Meetings outside of the same network
👉 Send kanban board cards to the bottom/top of a column via the menu
👉 Add a menu bar to the backlog with a title and back button
👉 Merge title into menu bars, when available
👉 add payment option via stripe
👉 Improve my Twitter profile banner
That's all for RewoHub folks!
Till next time ✌️
Yours truly, Dodo
