Reworked my landing page for QueryBoost. Would love some feedback.

Looking good!
The layout is great.
I would focus a little more on the typography and iconography. These are some seemingly minor things that will have a big overall impact. At the moment it feels like you're mixing and matching a lot.
I'd highly recommend finding a design you like on Behance (https://www.behance.net/galleries/interaction) and "heavily borrow" from them.
I really loved your idea of integrating all my data together to provide a single endpoint. These are couple of items which i noticed in the landing page.
All your services in one api - Instead of using a live demo here, try communicating this with a video or illustration. Why? - The benefit of query-boost is not clear. As a potential user, I would like to see an illustration or a flowchart that clarifies that all my apis can be unified with query boost.
QueryBoost unifies all your services into a single GraphQL API. Giving you one place to get the exact data you need. - Instead of providing this line like this, what if you could rewrite it to say the benefit first and then how you do it- "With QueryBoost you get the exact data you need by unifying all your services into a single GraphQL API."
Provide a small playground section below this, where you can provide the the live editor in focus and if users want to play more, your CTA can be to redirect to the demo page.
How it works section - I feel it's too small and as a tech user, I would need a bit more detail into it. Specifically the 1st point on connecting a service, as authentication usually is short lived what is the way refresh the tokens. Suggested ideas
Services - Are these the only supported services for now? If so, then can I add my own services or not is unclear to me. If we can provide this information upfront we would minimize confusion for users.
Services coming soon - Did not understand if shopify, github etc are services already present or are coming soon. If they are coming soon, kindly bring the coming soon text closer to the logos. Plus instead of using plain text - try using a label.
Benefits - "All the data you need. Only the data you need" - Instead it can be "All the data you want, but focus the data you need"
Benefits - Really love the click and build GIF - Shows the benefit right away - This is the top benefit that your product offers, should instead have its own section.
Benefits - Mock data - The example image, just has json data but how is it a being built using a mock generator is unclear. Idea - A GIF where someone types existing fields or defines variables of their choice to see a dummy value being auto filled(depending on how you have implemented it)
Benefits - "One API. One API key" - Can be a bit more powerful like - "One call to get them all" (subtle LOTR reference) - The illustration can be definitely be improved for this as the image doesn't convey the power of this.
Overall visual design - Given that the tool is primarily developer focused/ tech oriented, a darker visual design would appeal more.
CTA's can be more contrasting - After all the information, you CTA should evoke a sense of urgency or nudge the users towards trying the platform out. The button color and the CTA can easily be tweaked to achieve this, check out this article to know more - https://blog.hubspot.com/marketing/call-to-action-examples
👋
I like it!
If I really would have to nitpick on something it would be that I find the normal text a bit difficult to read. I can tell it's part of your core brand colours on your website but I find that the similar shades of the normal text and the background make the text blend in.
I did a colour contrast check and it seems to fail in the both AA and AAA categories from which the AA to my knowledge is the standard used in Googles Lighthouse test.
Here is the link to the contrast checker: https://colourcontrast.cc/f0f4f8/678096
Other than that a really well-designed landing page and clicked around the site in general. Looks great!😛
Thanks for the feedback. I used the contrast checker to update the text colors. Definitely easier to read.
Hi QueryBoost,
You are definitely burying the lead. Maybe the most compelling part of your pitch is:
but I almost didn't find it.
Yeah! What if the "live editor" in the hero had that "click-to-build-a-query" functionality. That would be dope.
I have to agree with you on that. Didn’t even see this while scrolling, but a big feature in my eyes. The amount of time I have spend reading API documentation...
thanks for checking it out. Do you think it should be higher in the benefits section or up to in the hero?
