RFC on roadmap for fun and rewarding ways to explore your photos using local AI

After more than enough tinkering and exploration of the tech behind Remember This - Fun and rewarding ways to explore your photos using local AI (privacy-preserving photo library analysis), including a few early beta releases, I am looking for advice on taking the right steps toward shipping something that actually brings value to others. If you have a moment, please invest it in reading this roadmap and provide some thoughts:

Big thanks for any feedback / advice!

    Hi,

I’m specialized in CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), which is the art of improving conversions on the web.

Right now, I’m offering completely free support for landing pages. Basically, I’ll audit your landing page and give you clear recommendations, both short- and long-term, to help boost your conversions, all based on research and proven methods.

I provide this service for free under these conditions:

    1. you apply my recommendations,
    2. you give me feedback,
    3. you leave a review if you think it deserves it,
    4. your page has more than 4,000 visitors per month.

Feel free to reach out if you’d like my help, or if you know someone who might benefit from it. Thanks for your time, and have a great day.

    hey @motin

love the idea and overall mission of your product. in terms of shipping something that actually brings value to others - you have to address the core problem first and foremost, which to me (from looking at your website) is that through life changes we often become disconnected from friends and can unintentionally fall out of touch. i think this touches on a lot of larger societal problems right now in terms of a 'loneliness epidemic', mental health challenges, the pandemic causing people to work remotely and experiencing isolation. a lot of these larger problems affect smaller segments in different ways which could help you in positioning your product to different groups (lonely men, remote workers, families who live far apart, long distance friends, etc.) my point in saying this is that your messaging seems a little general right now and while i see the value i dont see the value for me specifically because i dont see myself represented.

also - in terms of design, its giving off a dark, serious, developer vibe and less of a happy, bright, this can help me connect with my friends vibe

while i love the roadmap and think the contents are informative and concise, i think its more helpful for investors than for customers necessarily. as a customer i dont always care what you're planning to do 6-8 months from now, i care about what you have now and how its of value to me.

sorry for being long winded but hope this helps!
