I think you have the order and flow a bit misplaced

Who are th potential visitors? What do they already know/expect? Your not leading me with knowledge, the first thing you tell me is the price, the 2nd is you help me study for an interview, which interview? Than it's a DS-160 Form, do I know what that is? Didn't you say your helping people who don't know? That research is hard and long? I need to research what your page is saying

• visual appeal: could do with a lot more work. visa issues are usually highly emotional for people, and this website looks rather scammy and doesn't instil trust. there's nothing particular stand out about it, it looks generic at best

• navigation and flow + content and clarity: also not good: the title tells me nothing. what is an 'achiever'? academics? sports? it narrows nothing. the subheading doesn't doesnt do anything to make me trust the website, it just sounds like fake words tbh

• i'm being asked to pay after 1) barely knowing what you guys do 2) without any proof that you guys are actually good at it and you've given no reason to trust you guys either

• why is there more information about the plans, AFTER the payment section?? you should be informing people of what they're buying before asking for payment

• the fact that you're offering a money back guarantee but it's only 20% or 50% makes me distrust your services even more. money back guarantees should be 100% - esp if you're convinced about your services

• success stories section is way too small to read. aim for font px to be 16px, but sine they're images its been decreased

• make FAQ collapsible and expandable, there's already way too much text on the page. people hate reading in general.

• it's weird that you guys are asking for instagrams (unless if that's a popular service platform in india (if that's your target market?? i can't even tell who your target market is tbh) as a way to message... usually its for people in the beauty industry, or things that are visual. suggest you change it to telegram or whatsapp. if telegram, put 'Telegram us' with the telegram icon.

• if you have a special offer, put it as a banner on the top of the page

I would suggest you add a hero section where you can explain your product's core services and the benefits of those services so that the user's attention will be grabbed easily.

Kindly work on the UI a bit more.

Create a different page for FAQ, that would look cool imo.

Try to use different color combinations to make your page more attractive.
