"roast my ____" are full of noise, so I'm doing something about it.
Don't get me wrong, I think gathering feedback is super important...but I don't think everyone has meaningful, actionable feedback.
How do we know if the feedback is good and validated? How actionable is the feedback if it's from cooldude05 on twitter? Is getting roasted in a Clubhouse chat constructive and actionable? How much time and effort do I invest into suggestions and comments from a random Lunchclub.ai meetup? If someone tells me that I should have a CTA in one location and another person says "no way, it should be there!" what do I do? Naturally, I would defer to the person with the most experience but who is that person?
I've reached out to my network and decided to launch roastortoast.io; a free service that's basically Rotten Tomatoes meets America's Got Talent. My network of engineers, DevOps, founders, and investors will anonymously review startups and provide ACTIONABLE advice from people who have lived it, and lived through it. Every single one of these individuals has an LTV of more than $5M; meaning they have sold a business, raised at least that much, invested that much, or had that much in revenue.
In 2020 I made a decision that I needed to grow my network. I had abandoned it for too long and it wasn't doing me any favors. Despite the pandemic, I was able to add some really great individuals from all walks of life to my network, and because of that, I've been able to be more successful and help more people.
My goal is to provide individuals with advice that has significant weight and experience behind it; advice I would have loved to receive 10 years ago when I started this crazy journey. Hopefully, this doesn't come off as classist or condescending because that is not my intention. If it did, just let me know and check my ass.

Some of the worst feedback and product advice I've heard for founders have come from Clubhouse. I've seen founders absolutely spin-out from the barrage of feedback in the form of roasting and bashing that borders on toxic in some of the Clubhouse channels.
The UI is admittedly not amazing. I threw the site up via Bubble because I wanted to get some experience with NoCode solutions. A lot of individuals are using NoCode and will be submitting NoCode Apps to us so I wanted to have a solid understanding of it.
I can do another post on Bubble but dang does it make UI work difficult. I got a OAuth workflow set up in literally 5 minutes but it has taken me 30 to get my main navigation to look like polished garbage 😂
