tldr;
We are starting a boat slip rental marketplace, and initially launching in Tahoe. Roast my landing page targeted at boat slip owners!
Based on potential customer interviews the two biggest roadblocks for slip owners is technology aversion/ not having time to learn the process of renting. To address this, we include a phone number and the option to have us manage the full renting process. In this case we would essentially be taking the role of a property management company, which is a concept these customers are well accustomed to.

I would totally add a testimonial below the calculator - with a face of a happy customer who made thousands of dollars in passive income from using your service, highlighting the amazing feeling they have when they receive a bank transfer from your company without having moved a finger!

Gobey this is good. Very good. I would reduce the amount of writing on the landing page, maybe add a social proof ( if you have an existing customer testimonial), but this is terrific.
Thanks! Good call on the testimonial. We haven’t launched, but we have been interviewing friends who are both boaters and slip owners. I’m sure one of them would be willing to give us a testimonial on the concept.
