Yeah, you definitely need to put in the title and first 10-20 seconds what is the purpose of the video.
I had trouble identifying if I am a target audience. In fact, after skimming the whole video I still don't really understand what it is.
Fix this and keep going!

Holy shit, that's deep, thank you for sharing! The other way I learned to think about it is to lean into the family life, and really enjoy it. It recharges you like nothing! You are lucky to have a long and successful relationship with 3 kids. Many many people don't get that.

If I were to "roast" anything, it'd be the fact that there was a mini blog post under the video explaining the video. Experiment with getting the message/point of the video... into the video! ;) Then it won't need any explanation.

I uploaded my first video 14+ years ago! Your video is outstanding for a first video PLUS you immediately found a way to get feedback and then you'll iterate on it. Keep that up and 100 videos from now you will have achieved a high level of mastery! I feel like that was kind of the point of this first video so you're already headed in the right direction! ;)

Pretty solid - I work in the VFX and film industry by day and could get into some technical things like white balance in the indoor stuff - but that is just being overly picky. Full points for making something and simply getting it out there. Most people stop right there.
