Since you put your idea out here, I'll share my feedback. At a glance, it sounds like linkedin but with a fancy profile and the ability to pay people to find you a job. I don't think custom profiles are enough incentive for recruiters to use this over linkedin. They just care about the raw data and if they want to see your portfolio, they can access a link in your profile.
The reward system is cool though.
