I had this idea this afternoon,
and quickly made a short prototype,
i think this is pretty cool to hire talent on demand like you buy and sell stocks,
What do you think ? :)
Would love to get your feedback on this if it was possible too recruit candidates so easy like drinking juice .

Interesting idea. I'm not sure I understand how the idea of a stock exchange translates to recruiters and talent. If buying equates to hiring, does selling equate to firing? In order to sell an equity in a stock market you would usually need a buyer to acquire your disposition.
I think this would almost make sense if it was treated as a a futures market where you could buy and sell hours of work and at the end of the contract you could redeem your contract for actual work.
I think you need to give more details about the idea before it can really be evaluated.
