Roast my idea: tech interviews platform
The idea comes from my personal experience, in the past years as a software engineer I did quite a lot of interviews when trying to change companies.
The thing is I had to do so many times the same or almost same interviews. First the screening call with HR when I have to describe my experiences, and then the various technical tests.
So the idea would be a platform where candidates do once these interviews and they are saved (as videos for instance). Then the companies can consult them and don't need to do these first interviews again. They can skip to further in the recruitment process.
What do you think ? Is it something you would think people want ? Would companies use it ?

I think you have exactly found a pain point but I have some concerns about solution. Performing as a dialog is much more different than uploading monolog info. The recrutiers may care spontonaus reactions more than hearing correct response.
However, it is still valuable for companies who want to skip some steps quickly. I like your landing page which is good example for simplicity. Good luck for your journey

You are right, I should find the best way to reproduce the conversation experience while not having to actually do the conversation each time. Maybe a video where the candidate answers auto generated questions.

I think the problem space is valid but I'm not sure the execution is where it needs to be - certainly the web site looks really dated circa 2000s

What do you mean by the execution is not where it should be ? that this issue does exist but a platform like this one does not seem the proper answer to it ?
