Roast My Idea - The last IT interview you will ever take

Hi Guys,

What would you think of the idea where you, as an IT specialist, are vetted only once and presented to many top companies at the same time? Sure, there will be some soft talks between candidates and employers (to get to know each other, learn more about technology, plans, projects, etc.), but no more tech screening for each company?

Would you be interested in something like that?

PS: Yes, I heard about Turing.com, but I'd still love to know your opinions. :)
