Roast My Landing and Plan

Hey everyone,

Would love to have my landing and plan roasted. I'm building an autopilot for ticketing systems. This means that you could get AI to reply to new coming tickets in apps like Zendesk, Zoho Desk, Hubspot and Freshdesk based on previous tickets answers, within seconds of the ticket being opened by the customer, improving customer journey and satisfaction.

I'm planning on releasing the landing page, setup a bit of ads, doing Linkedin outbound and seeing if I get any sales, I start developing it. There is a slight risk because it seems to be something that could work only for medium size/enterprise companies, so not sure if this approach will validate the product. What do you guys think?

The landing is https://moly.ai

Hello! First off I really like your site and product. I’m on module device, so all my comments are based on an IPhone 14 device.

A couple little things. Boundaries for the first line “copiloting with your ticket system with” is off the screen on both sides.

Then I’m the “ WHAT CAN I DO WITH MOLY.AI?” section, I would try to group those in either a 2 column table or take a couple of those boxes away for simplicity. On mobile it seems like a lot of scrolling to review that section.

Sometimes to take someone through a process, like the connect, train, sit back section, you can use colors or gradient in the section. You could also use some sort of graphics as you flow through that process. When it’s all white backgrounds or nothing directing the users eye, it can all blur together.

Explainer videos can also be really helpful too!

Just a couple thoughts :) Happy to provide more context if you want

I'm not in the ticketing world so I can't give you my opinion on your positioning but I understood quickly what was the problem that you were solving. I have some concern that the landing page did not address. Such as an approximative date of release and the fact that it responding to my clients as close as possible to a real human.

Also, i think your CTA in the first section should redirect to the pricing section not to the stripe dashboard, it felt a little bit intrusive without being explained what was your product. I don't like the gradient on the last form section.

Finally using lighthouse to check page performance, your score SEO, Best practices and accessibility is AWESOME. The performance score could be improved.

You did a great job! Keep it up!

I like your site and think it has the potential to be highly converting. I was looking at it on my iphone 14 pro and noticed some issues with overlapping and cut off text. I would just make sure the responsiveness of the site is good.

Hi, some of the previous responses have been spot on. Ability to integrate with ticketing systems + automatic ticket responses is the key value prop. A gif ,next to your H1, would really help explain the true potential.

Also being a UX guy and nit picky about copy and content, avoid title case in sentences. Sentence case is the way go!

I didn't know about sentence case vs title case, good thing to know! Thank you @Blacktee

    Hey Santi, great product!

I felt a little lost on the messaging on two topics:

    (1) How will the automatic replies work, do we have to set up the answer ourselves, or will the AI do everything?

    (2) And if it's based on previous tickets, how can we set up a different answer moving forward taking into consideration that the ticket/bug was fixed?

The other part I would say is the block where it talks about "Revolutionise your customer support operations", there is too much text below it. So instead of:

"Our cutting-edge SaaS solution seamlessly integrates with leading ticketing systems like Zendesk, Zoho Desk, Hubspot Service Hub, Jira, and Freshdesk Support Desk, empowering you to automate and optimize your customer ticket responses using advanced artificial intelligence."

Try making it a little shorter, but without losing the main idea you want to communicate, so here is an idea, tune it as you wish:

"Our cutting-edge solution easily integrates with the leading ticketing platform systems to automate and optimize your customer tickets response with advanced AI."

Since you show the integrations on the block above "Integrates with Your Current Stack", I don't see the need for adding them to the text. I like how you displayed the logos there, so I would add the rest of the integration there.

Often times difficult words just make it harder for the customer to understand the main ideas, so instead of giving credibility for what you are saying, it just gets in the way.

Hope it was helpful, and I'm excited to see the future of your product!
