Roast my landing page

Hi all,

I've just released a first working version of a project I'm working on. Can you figure out what it is?

It's clear what the project offers. But even with the steps, when it comes to getting paid my main question is "how." Think expanding on that part right on the landing page might be helpful.

    You have this text:

Earn crypto proportional to votes and locked value

But felt like it didn't adequately answer the "how" question.

I think for closed beta this is alright, but in the future I would definitely expand on the main points directly on the landing page rather than in the FAQ.

Thanks for your feedback Petr! I'll take it!

Hey Laurent! Is there is a typo "Let's change the change the way information gets funded."?

Hey Klim, That's awkward... I guess that's what happens when you make sure to launch fast. I just fixed it.

Besides the typo, were you able to figure out what the product does?

Overlay home page layout is nice, great design and cool font choice, monotype match well for the purpose :)

    Hey Laurent ,

It's clear what the offer is. Great H1 and the "how it works" makes it clear what you do as a writer/user.

It does leave me with two questions:

    • Why do we want to "change how information gets funded"? What information? All information or just information about crypto? It feels like you're gesturing at a problem with this statement. It'd be more compelling to just name the problem.
    • The "how it works" section explains how a writer/user works with the platform, but doesn't explain how it works as a business/project. Where does the crypto I'm paid in come from? Is this really a new way to fund information or is it the same old thing but now I'm just getting paid in crypto instead of cash?

That said, I'm not your target user and with a closed beta you might want users who just "get it" without having these things spelled out, so leaving it ambiguous could be helpful :)

On the right side, show how much money the posters are earning in USD as well
