This is Kirill π
Recently I have updated MetaSurvey landing page.
I have placed our onsite widget to make visitors test our product straight from there:

I have analyzed recently created user surveys and added the most curious to the showcase block:

In the last block I have added our current users' testimonials:

I really appreciate your feedback on this update π€
On the first screenshot, Heading of each points are very small it shopulod be increased.
Thanks for your feedback @govindgelo!
We used a default component of the site builder. Will try manually increase it:)
Hye Kirill. Upon first impression, the landing page looks very professional.
What I like:
What can be improve
All the best :D
Thanks @syahru :)
I like your logo and the way you use its colors in the landing page. The rainbow colored feedback thing is a bit too much, though. The fake chat box thingie is too much, too. It's just awkward. As is the "runs on unicorn platform". As a user, I don't care what your website is running on. I care what can your thing to do to improve my life.
The customers section has mouse on hover effects on the logos, which indicate they are clickable but they are not. Also, without any way to confirm these companies are your customers, these kinds of things would just make me suspect whether this is legit.
Being able to use the app as a live demo is a really nice touch.
"Discover your customers' satisfaction with NPS" - I have no idea what NPS means. Or " likert scale".
It's great that the screenshots can be clicked to view them in full size, however, the actual screenshots look like low quality JPEGs on my 4k screen.
"Helps to get" reads a bit awkward. I do like the icons in the area, though.
The "Powerful yet gamified surveys." tagline also reads awkward. The word "yet" implies that powerful isn't usually something that could be gamified, but I don't think that how it works like at all. "Powerful and gamified surveys" would make much more sense to me.
Your privacy policy doesn't state who are you, exactly.
But overall, I think this is a very well made website, with some polishing it would be even better.
Great thanks for your detailed feedback @jv16!
We use a specific survey words like NPS, Likert scale. Maybe we should explain it more simple way, or provide a link on it.
We saved site builder badge to show thanks our friend that built it and run our website:)
Small grammar issue: "Fill boring form is painful"
Better is "filling out boring forms is painful" or something like that :)
Another -- "92% completed surveys" would more typically be "92% (of) surveys completed" where "of" is optional, or "92% completion rate"
I'm not sure what "15K feedback / month Get up to 15 000 insights from your customers every month" means. Wouldn't feedback be based on the number of completed surveys? Is feedback capped at 15k? It's not clear to me what this means.
" using Likert scale" --> "using the Likert scale". It would be helpful if this was a link to info about the Likert scale as well since it's a niche term.
"Capture user Email, Phone, and more!" --> capitalization is strange to me
"Put your customers in critic's shoes today π" don't need this section, or if you keep it include a CTA imo. The phrasing seems odd to me as well. It's grammatically correct but (to me) it's not selling your benefits well.
"Reward dedicated customers with a promo code on the "Thank You" screen"
The design is wonderful ~ nice work!
@userelish thank you very much for your revision and advices!
Yes, 15k feedback is the number of completed surveys on our top plan. Is "completed surveys" more clear?
I used this definition: "Put your customers in critic's shoes today ", because I found it on our customer's on-site survey title, and liked it π
Thanks for your time β€οΈ
Got it! Yeah the 15k is clear since that's your cap -- for some reason I didn't think there would be a cap, but I don't know the industry. Something to think about: 15k is a limitation -- would it be better to use a metric that differentiates you in a positive way? Either way, I understand what it's saying now :)
Happy to help, good luck with the business!
We used this metric to show the difference from our competitors. As I know people like numbers π
Thanks @userelish βοΈ
