Quick thought:
The "Don't think that demotivation isn't a reality in your team" section induces its fair share of anxiety, good job. Have you considered framing that message with a "before vs after" section to show the stark differences after using your product?
No, I hadn't thought of that before, but you've given me an idea for something I can work on this week. I think it will be great to incorporate that right on the first page of the website. Thank you for the insight!

Please work on SEO for your website. It plays a major role. And would recommend to phrase the context related to the hooks and sub hooks of your website
I've worked on it a bit, including tags, titles, meta-descriptions, and of course, copywriting. However, I have to confess that I'm not an expert in the field; I've learned from some online courses and materials. I'll follow your advice and work on improving my copywriting. Thank you very much!!

I actually really like your landing page. Have been working on the same idea, and think there's great potential. You're doing a good job in describing what your product is like and why it matters. With quite a few companies offering similar-ish products, you may wanna add how you're different.

Yeah we were working on something like that. Idea is maybe a bit different; focussing not so much on giving points when achieving specific results but also letting coworkers know you appreciate them for just being a great person. But yeah, idea of recognition and rewards are similar!

Oniva is a stylization of the sound in Portuguese from the French phrase 'On y va.' 'On y va' means 'here we go!,' and I thought it could be a cool name for software that addresses motivation and team work.
I took your suggestion into consideration and removed the 'Join the waitlist' button from some places. I must confess I did go a bit overboard with it, haha. I added that button to have a clear call to action since I'm still running some tests on the system before officially launching it, but I wanted to see if there was already some interest beyond the people who have tested the system so far, you know?
I'd be curious to know what you used to create this. Did you code it up yourself or use a website builder?
I coded the entire website. I used Next.js and Material UI, and animation libraries like Framer and Animate.css. As for the visual assets, some are from image banks, and others are drawings I created in Illustrator.
