😁 We run all the show:

• deliver the social media strategy (coming up with positioning, personas, posting frequency, which social media platforms to be present).

Our value comes from bringing together business acumen, copywriting, content creation/design and social media strategy.

💡 To come up with content we use 2 approaches:

1. we use the content our client already has and repurpose it (i.e. break down long-format posts, whitepapers, and long-format videos, into social media posts);
2. we make research, define keywords and topics, come up with content ideas, and discuss those ideas with the client.

As soon as we have all this defined we come up with a roadmap and deliver a posting calendar and start to produce the content pieces.

As soon as we start to work we provide a Trello board where our Client can see all the work being done, and a Slack channel to better communicate.

💼 In our Pro plan, we even define KPIs to keep track of how the content performs and deliver a final Performance Report.

🚧 At this moment we don't:

• manage social media;
• perform ads campaigns in any of these social media platforms;
• deliver long-format content like blog posts, videos (more than 2 min), ebooks, whitepapers, etc.

Regarding the English proofreading, yeah you are right, my proofreader is Grammarly, which I'll have to pay for the Pro version pretty sooner! Not that I can't write, but because I make little mistakes like those you enumerate
