Maybe change the meeting name to something more generic, UI/UX was thinking it's related to the product initially..

Will you do integrations? For example zoom meetings...
I wonder if this would get more adoption with less of a $ thing and more like cake/treats and such.. or ordering Lunch/food for everyone.. something about work culture and such... Exchanging money in the workplace between team and such might be a bit weird for most...
Anything is possible. Thought of many ways to do with the perks. How would you keep track of what’s owed to each if it’s lunch or something, then figuring out what people want etc.
What if the meeting is online and you never meet the person. Anyway there’s a lot to think about.
An MVP would be something like name a prize (free text), and minutes till prize.
I'd only count and accumulate the negative BM minutes on a personal level and would put the progress bar as % till prize, so "% till cake"
Due this can have many versions..
Like just count late minutes and make a worst offenders list public for the company...
IDK, psychological experiments say money won't work much the way you think. Cakes at least make the other people feel a bit better mostly. Public shaming might work but won't get adopted by many companies... I wonder what's the sweet spot if there is one, maybe ask a behavioral economist.. (assuming you care for a mass change, due it might be different than a better business..)

I wonder if it would get better conversion or less because of a distraction / trigger by the cake, but it does look great IMHO.
Didn't get what "Time to meeting" +9:02 now means... the timings before were clearer.
