Maybe you could add some examples of what it can be used for? I'm not sure people have mp3 files lying around these days.

Being an apple platform developer myself, I'd love to see mac apps being a viable business, so best of luck!

Others may have said it, but -

Generally, it doesn't matter to a customer that the software is using AI or OpenAI.

What is the value they get? What is the pain in their life or dream that they have that this will solve for them?

Can there be a record button instead of choosing an mp3? I don't have mp3s lying around that I wish were transcribed these days.

I think the page doesn't convey the value of the product. If you have unique value this stands out often overcoming site short comings. But your value proposition seems (at first glance) to be quite generic.

You speak of the tech and further tech enhancements to come. You need to speak to the convenience or utility it has, the problem it solves.

If I am selling a Duracell battery I am not speaking of the elements that make it work. But I am talking about its benefits.
Give you energy when you need it (toys, exercise etc)
My battery is better than others (last long)

So think of the user benefit and work backwards

I can tell you a few things on why it may not be converting:

1: you are talking about how you use openAIs API. You dont need to do that in the headline of the landing page. Change it to something like: "Transcribe any audio with ease" - every "AI" service is using some API.

2: Your application does not provide that much value. I need to use my OAI key, which also means i need to pay for the usage. - You need to handle this part yourself for the customer.

3: in general the entire copy of the website is not valuable. There are tons of these services out there.

In my opinion, you should make everything a web interface, where user uploads audio, you transcribe it and boom. Instant gratification, for a small price. - with a downloadable binary for transcribing zoom/google meetings etc.

4: your design needs to be way better. Everything from the font, to the large images.

Seems to me that you used chatGPT to make this application.

5: you need to understand who would use such a product, showcase it and target these people. Could be everything from podcasters to meetings and more.

6: add social media links, and start engaging with the right users.

I think a lot of people are using chatgpt these days to leverage AI to make a quick buck, and i sincerely hope im wrong about you. - nonetheless, that's some advice.
