🔥 Roast my landing page and free demo of SMS tool!

Hey everyone, back again to get some landing page feedback for my newest project! (this one is profitable - some of our pilot customers are using it! 😄)

Our goal for ServiceRep.AI is to help businesses easily set up a custom SMS chatbot for their business, they could use it to qualify/convert leads, answer FAQs, or book appointments.

We've worked directly with pilot customers so far, but have not been promoting the landing page- I recently made some adjustments and added an easy to test free demo where you can put in your phone number and chat with our AI agent!

Would love to hear any feedback on the landing page or product! 🙏🙏

Hey Claudia, love the design. Some points to make the copy better.
- what kind of bookings? lacks context
- you were talking about happy customers, and reviews in the headline, and the subheader mentions automating end-to-end customer conversations, just doesn't add up.
- the HERO focuses on literally every single feature/benefit . While I understand you are experimenting to see what works and what doesn't, you still need to be specific here.
I found the headline 'effortlessly qualify leads' & book more appointments better than the HERO.
- you have great testimonials, you should pick up some of those words and use them in your copy.
like '"The AI agent was better at handling objections than other top realtors I’ve worked with. And it didn’t sound too pushy to get appointment booked"

also, your images aren't really showing the actual conversations. might help to add a quick GIF that shows the AI rep chatting with a customer. :)

  Thank you so much for the feedback!! 😊🙏 Yes we have built out a number of MVPs for different use cases, so probably wrote too many features in the Hero.
  
  Agreed that it would be much more memorable if we focused on one main feature, and add a GIF instead of the static image!

I like the idea, Best Wishes, How much time you took to launch it ?
1. The Logo on Left corner of ServiceRepdotAI can be rounded in shape, Just like Get Demo.
2. Since you have clients in School, RV homes etc. Add them as category in the top heading.
3. when I click on real estate, Although the text is changing, its hard to notice, because the words look similar.
4. May be try adding start you free demo in heading or at the bottom, I think the copy text can be optimized.

Hi Claudia, I love the idea.
The navigation at the top is not working for me.
The CTA is just a link to the website (so basically works like a refresh button) and the other links either do nothing or go to a section that doesn’t make sense for me. (I’m on safari on mobile)

I’m interested in “why only SMS”. Why did you choose this limitation and what’s is the target audience 🙏🏻

  Thank you very much for your feedback- yeah agreed that the CTAs or navigation on top can be improved a bunch.
  
  As to "why sms"- our target audience is small businesses, or solopreneurers like real estate professionals or contractors. SMS has really high open rates compared to email, and is a major way small businesses contact their leads. I know that others have created landing page bots, but we have worked with sms notifications in the past, so can easily set up a new phone number, automate it with an AI agent, and help the business have the best experience and the highest conversion rates through the conversations with leads.
