Roast my landing page

I released a landing page a few days ago to start building a waitlist for my upcoming product. It seems to be working (I already have ~20 sign-ups) but I did get some feedback that it was hard to understand what the product will do.

Basically, it's meant to be a "technical writing platform" combining the features from likes of Trello and Notion into one, while focusing on developers and programmers. Something like a "backend" of every blog in terms of content management and creation.

Do you think the landing page makes it clear or if not - do you have any suggestions on how to improve it? 👉 https://vrite.io/

I think your product idea is interesting, but I'm not sure it's coming across clearly in your current landing page. It's hard to understand exactly what your product will do and how it will benefit users.

I would suggest revising your written content to make it more clear and concise. Also, the big orange div on the page is a bit distracting and could be redesigned to be more user-friendly.

Overall, I think making some changes to your landing page could help improve its effectiveness in capturing potential customers. If you'd like to discuss this further, please don't hesitate to contact me. Good luck!

If you have any further questions or would like more feedback, don't hesitate to contact me. I'd be happy to help in any way I can.

Best of luck with your work, and keep up the great effort!

While I can't provide more screenshots or any videos (as the UI is still in development), I did improve on some factors.

After some thinking, I got to the conclusion that technical writing might not be clear for all audiences as it's not necessarily programming-focused. I decided to make a shift to clearly stating it's a tool for blogging developers and that it has all the features of a headless CMS (even if creating a CMS wasn't my original goal) 😅

Anyway, thanks again for the feedback, and feel free to check out the updates.

I really like the style and colors of the webpage. Looks professional & clean. However, I would add more margins at the beginning and resize the first image making it way smaller. Good job!

Glad you like it. Will take a look at the margins and paddings. Did the landing page make you understand the purpose and function of the product or not so much?
