Roast my landing page

I'm trying to improve my landing page not just in terms of SEO, but also in terms of how it communicates its value. Also, 99% of the customer base speaks Spanish, and I'm trying to get into the English speakers market.

Can you help out? What are the top 3 things you would do to improve my landing page (trainerplan.co) to help me achieve that?

    The simplest way to manage your athletes

    Will it allow me to manage a football team? A better CTA can be placed.

    • I don't see the value the app will add to my life.

    I see a wall of texts without any benefits standing out for my liking. Focus on the problems you're solving and how they will benefit the TA.

    • A very bland experience.

    If you have an app, why don't you encourage users to give it a go via downloads?

    I like you landing page. My three suggestions:

    • Allow Sign-up via Google Account and similar
    • Extarregate the pain points of multiple excels more
    • Move up and highlight your social proof section
