Roast My Landing Page & Validate My Idea
Hi there,
I've been working on a new platform aimed at improving how tech products are developed and discovered.
The idea is to connect developers and indie makers who lack the visibility and community support necessary to get their products off the ground with tech enthusiasts who are eager to be on the cutting edge of innovation.
Think of this as a preliminary stage before launching officially on sites like Product Hunt.
The goal is to facilitate early feedback, build a supportive community, and provide exclusive early access to innovative products.
Here's the gist:
- For Developers: Showcase early-stage products, validate the idea, gather actionable feedback, and build a community.
- For Consumers: Discover cutting-edge products, influence their development, and enjoy exclusive offers.
I've put together a landing page to start collecting emails and gauge interest. I would deeply appreciate your feedback on both the concept and the landing page itself.
Please don't hold back—any and all feedback is welcome!

It's a nice project to connect techs fan and industry devs. (I hope it could work)
I'm olschool french Webdesigner, I make websites and LP since 20 years, and roasted a lot of websites.
For Hero/ Header
X - H1 title need to be clearer (It's to vague for the moment)
Something like this : "The community that connects tech enthusiasts and indie maker"
or " The lab that connects consumers and developers"
X - The image / design need to explain the title/subtitle (sound and image)
For the body copy
X - Centred alignment (it's a bad UX idea)
Text alignment in each paragraph need to be on left side in general for west countries (we read left to right), so don't use centred alignment for all.
You can use it in the header block and on 3 lines paragraph max.
For other body sections, left alignment only on PC/Mac, and smartphone too! (more 60% of web traffic are mobile)
You can make DEVs block on left side and below Tech block on right side for example. Its create a dynamism.
X - Is there only one way to contact ?
We are in 2024, a lot of groups use social medias like Discord for example or Telegram / Whatsapp group to connect. (Is it a good idea? Idk)
Maybe add a mail or phone if Pros / Industrial want to contact you directly.
X - Everybody need to connect at the same opt-in ?
When I saw a portal, a website with 2 personas, in general I make 2 access (2 family traffic) like on a B2C webshop for example and pro access for B2B / partners.
X - Footer need a lot of information like Legals, Privacy, About.
This project is for who? in which country/ies? Does it need ok with US CCPA, UK GDPR, EU GDPR ... etc it's very important know!
