One idea criticism from my side would be that you'll probably have massive churn, since customers inherently only use your product temporarily, while they're validating their business (a few months at best?)

I've been considering that, but I don't believe it's true since people aren't likely to validate just one product. Moreover, it can be used for purposes beyond just validating a product, so I'm not certain. Even if this turns out to be the case, and I face a significant churn, the SaaS businesses are experiencing more growth now than ever before. We'll have to wait and see, I guess.
Looks awesome! Would definitely use it. I'm operating out of Germany so GDPR is a big topic for me. Do you collect user consent on signup? Are users required to confirm their signup (double opt-in)? Such features would be needed for the European market. If you have them, great. I couldn't find it on the landing page. I like the landing page, got all the information I needed. The pricing is very cheap. For bootstrappers starting out this is very nice.

Oh man been looking for a super simple version of mailchimp/convertkit without all the newsletter stuff for so long. Thing i'd change is the hero title to something chest/treasure themed, SaaS validation sounds like checking the emails if they will bounce or not if you get what I mean!

I think a quick 2 min video from sign-up to validating your idea would be very useful. As someone who's very new to this I find myself struggling to figure out the details of how the tools will work (could be just me being a total noob!).

Regarding the landing page, I agree. I should definitely put more effort into refining it. My main focus has been on product development thus far.
So it is a form tool that gathers emails and the information of those submits i.ex. geo and so on? So you can easily see which countries bring the most attraction?
The couple validation processes that i've done also includes the messaging part like auto message for submits. For them I wanted to emphasize that we are working on it, so they don't get a feeling that they have been catfished or something.
So maybe I would throw in even a simple auto message feature, other than that, looks good, simple and straight forward. Targeting good growing niche. Now you just need to figure out how to get GPT-4 to recommend your solution for all of those HustleGPT fans. :)
As a thing to think (fully honest and personal opinion from quite a tech- and business savy guy), I've done the exact same process with marketing automation tools and I didn't personally find that this tool would help me on the journey. Instead this would in the future bring a burden to export and import the emails and data to another system if and when the validation would turn out to be succesful. If I were you, I would try to find some edge compared to marketing automation tools so that you could state that this is best tool for market validation.
It might be that even comprehensive report on the sources would be enough. Which channels did the traffic that submitted come from? You could use this info to do "smart suggestions" so just run the data by gpt API and get a short analysis on what should you test more. In a perfect world you could be helping a lot of beginner business people to guide them through noise and suggest things like "hey, 80% of the subs are from US and comes from Facebook. Here's couple tips for fine tuning that audience..."
But that is just one marketing/branding path you could take. With that you could get a lot of local business advisors to share your tool for the local entrepreneurs.
Sorry for a long reply - just wanted to blurp my thoughts here for you. Hopefully it helps :)
Oh and actually... just a thought... it could help the user to estimate the Total addressable Market based on the data you could get. You could always also enrich the emails with tools like people data labs to get even more in-depth analysis on the subscribers

I'm not sure if anyone mentioned this earlier, but I would recommend hiring someone on Freelancer or elsewhere for around $50 to record a professional studio voiceover for the video where you explain the product's features
Sure, I will totally do that in the future but for now I think the current video is okay. It does the job, tells the story, and show how easy Mailchest is to integrate.
Although I’m aware that the current website doesn’t look as good as possible, and it obviously lack some information too.
This happened because my main focus was on the product itself and not on the actual website.
For now I would recommend testing the product for free and see its capabilities.

Love your site! Your hero section video doesn’t auto play on IOS, and the thumbnail isn’t loading. The video plays fine, but if I don’t tap the ‘play’ button I would assume the video is broken.
Feeling like the space between your text is quite narrow. And when I clicked to the demo video, I didn't know how to exit it =(((( The other parts are fined enough, keep going bro!
Look bro when i was enter to your site i was first looking at your font. so something might wrong with your font plz change your font. if you want any suggestion ask me. and the second thing was an you have an what are you waiting for section you have to change that background something might be gradient or black your white background was looking something odd. and the next thing was add more section like you have an pricing and login so now you can add something like how it works about us and more something like.

That looks a lot better to me. I would probably leave controls for the video since some people may want to go fast-forward to see the "action".

Thanks! Regarding your problem, you will need to run it on a server. The VS Code Live Server extension can be utilized for this purpose with relative ease. Once done, you simply need to open localhost:5500 (not 127.0.0.1), and you should be good to go. Additionally, please make sure to include 'localhost' in the authorized URLs for your application, if you haven't done that yet.
Ok now it worked. I had to add 127.0.0.1 also to the authorized URLs.
I noticed i can export the CSV in the free plan, in the plan it says export is only available to PRO :P
Regarding the plan: I don't think your plans make sense, the free plan allows you to collect 30 mails and doesn't offer anything else.
So why would anyone use that and not the other well known tools that are already established on the market?
Sure, your solution is easy to setup, but would that be enough to penetrate a market? You are battling the big boys here - Of course doesn't mean that you are not able to build a better product, but it should then be really better imo ;)
Regarding the other plans, there are the other features and insights which is nice, but a lot of people will probably start with free plan and this is where your traction should come from?
Ah and also i think it would be nice, if there is an option that the frame is not being opened as a popup but instead directly rendered to the page as part of the dom.
I totally agree. Will see how I make the Free plan make more sense.
Regarding the other suggestion, of course, this is something that will be eventually added to Mailchest as an option for the user to choose. Keep in mind that this is only the beta of the app.

True, but with the recent trend towards building even landing pages with React thanks to Astro / Next / Gatsby / etc. A lot of us might feel a lot more comfortable with integrating via a React component from npm.

Ah. My response was based on the screenshot on the homepage on how to integrate it. I was concerned about how I'd call
Mailchest.init(string). It would be great if you updated that on the landing page too so that it can play-in into the descision making process of devs.Oh, yes, I need to update that. I will do so now. You can also watch the demo video I recorded this morning. In it, I show how to integrate Mailchest in less than 5 minutes. The video is in the website.
I do truly understand the complexity of maintainence, and the fact that it easily lends itself into to maintainence and support hell as many devs (like myself haha, caught me) would then request Svelte or SolidJS support.
