πŸ”₯ Roast my 'pre-product' strategy & landing page πŸ”₯

Hi Fellow hackers. I need your help πŸ™πŸ»

At Flows, we are trying to make it easier for food manufacturers to document traceability in their production (..so if you eat a chocolate bar with bad beans, we can trace it back)

We are pre-product and want to create a waitlist (+100 leads)

So far we have 5-10 companies on the list. All leads have been contacted via cold calling.

We are now changing strategy and want to sign leads up on our landing page, https://www.itflows.co

Here are my questions for you:

πŸ“£ Do you have input on the waitlist strategy? (Any suggestions on tactics etc.?)

🎨 Any input on the landing page? (What can be improved, added etc.)

All the best and happy holidays to you all

    Hi Frederik!

In my opinion, your landing page is really clear and the goal of the product is explained very well, hence I think it would be a waste of time to try to polish it now.

I don't know your idea fully, but since you don't have the product yet, the waitlist strategy seems to be right. What I would do If I were you, is not to focus on just one, but a few strategies for getting the leads, in parallel. I think that in addition to the cold calls you make, you could invest your time in content marketing. I believe it will pay you off in the near future.
I've recently read an interesting article made by @jv16, where he wrote about a strategy he implemented. Be sure to take a look (: https://www.indiehackers.com/post/how-i-got-20-000-users-in-three-months-with-50-5d1f91a4ba

Thank you so much for your feedback Kacper, just read the post and loved his take on how to leverage PR as a channel. Defo something I'll look into.
